Pk444 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules in Brazil

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by the pk444 through the website pk444.life and any associated applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). • Not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for violating prior Terms.

The pk444 may require supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with these requirements. Providing false information or attempting to circumvent these criteria will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of any pending bonus balances.

3. Your pk444 Account

3.1 Registration and Uniqueness

Each user is entitled to only an account on pk444, identified by CPF. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, whether under the same or different registration details. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and the balances held in them may be withheld for investigation purposes.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and currency of all information provided at registration, including your full name, date of birth, CPF, address, email, and mobile number. The pk444 is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure and confidential. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 How It Works

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using the pk444, you agree not to engage in any of the actions listed below:

Failure to comply with any of these points may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, cancellation of bonus balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the pk444 to a user, arising from any cause, will not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

12. Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 At the user's request

Users may request account closure at any time via the support chat or by email. Prior to closure, any available real balance will be paid out upon withdrawal request, provided identity verification requirements have been met. Unreleased bonus balances are cancelled upon closure.

12.2 At pk444's Discretion

The pk444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), the Brazilian Civil Code, and other regulations applicable to the betting and digital entertainment sector in Brazil.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms must first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through the support of the pk444. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive venue for resolving any disputes, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
